starting today is my last week in america

this is my checklist of things to do:

-buy plugs and adapters
-buy extra eye wash, medicine, and deodorant

so most of you already know this and i'm just going to rant a little bit longer. i HATE thieves. i hate them almost as much as backstabbers, but seeing as i deal with backstabbers a lot more, they rank #1. but thieves are just low. just so low. doesn't matter what you steal, you steal it, i'm pissed. food, money, art, ideas, whatever.

ideas are a little more easy to tick me off over. you're not smart or imaginative enough to think up your own stuff so you steal someone else's and claim it as your own?! and worse, people believe that person first and ignore you. i haaaate it.

and today, i finally got my share of this happening to me. not on d.a., but on the hetalia community i'm a member of. a month or so ago i created hetopoly with the help of my friend, aubrey. i used the work of and credited her and even asked permission. she agreed to it and i showed it off to people at a hetalia fanime reunion gathering. pictures were shown of the board game and comments were made of how awesome it was.
someone said, "this is great! the girl should make money off of this!" but i never did

today, that same person has made the exact same board. mind you, she did not use 's art (oh, i'd have told by now if she had), but the idea was still the same. she didn't even do that great a job at changing it. and then she put it up for people to download it and use it and members did it!

i left her a comment under it that was sharp, but not too mean. a few of my friends replied to this to get her to know they saw it too. i dunno if anyone will catch this or not, but if she either doesn't give me credit, apologizes, and/or takes it down, i will alert the mods and have it removed...

sorry for the rant...i'm really really pissed...

and here i thought it'd never happen to me because only good ideas from amazing people get their shit stolen...
